Darina Pronin is a 3 rd. year PhD student at the Leibniz Institute for Food Systems Biology at the Technical University of Munich. She holds a degree in Food Chemistry from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Currently she is working on the Wheatscan project, in order to find out the causes for wheat sensitivity under the supervision of PD Dr.Scherf.

The presentation will give an overview about the changes in protein contents and distribution of different wheat cultivars over the last 100 years due to breeding.
