Robert Rusinek


About him:

Robert Rusinek is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Agrophysics, Polish Academy of Sciences. His work now focuses on the analysis of volatile organic substances using an electronic nose technique as a tool for non-invasive assessment of food products. He graduated from the Lublin University of Technology. He obtained a doctorate in the field of plant material mechanics in the Institute of Agrophysics.

An electronic nose is useful diagnostic tools to testing of quality of bread. The quantity and quality of volatile organic compounds changes during storage.
